Today I started a new blog, one that will be for the professional side of my life. I played with a number of backgrounds, including a scan of magnetic poetry.

Yesterday, a little boy at the church I was attending gave me this ring. The rings were decorations on a cake in honor of his grandmother. He took such delight in choosing a ring and bestowing it to each person. How did he know I love bright maple leaves? I will remember the glow on his face for a long time.
